Fitness tubes are made of strong elastic material. They can cause considerable damage, even if accidentally damaged badly during training. Here are some safety tips.
1. Only the constant use of the objects – with training sessions where fitness tubes that pass around objects, such as canes, chairs, etc., make sure that these objects are very stable and there is no risk of collapse during exercise.
The same applies to exercises that require you to contact the band to a hook on the wall. You must ensure that the hook is firmly set before attempting the exercise.
2. Avoid heat, cold and sharp objects – The heat and other abnormal conditions quickly damage the elasticity of the latex band and reduce its effectiveness or even cause breakage during exercise.
Another thing to consider is the fact that old and worn belts can break. This does not happen very often, but it is nevertheless a real risk.
Therefore, as far as possible, use only a relatively new tubes. Or at least before you start, check the elastic tube.
3. Keep the door closed – If you are exercising at home, make sure the door is firmly closed and nobody is going to walk by accident and cause you to lose control of the band.
4. Do not overload the band. Normally most of the rubber bands are made in order not to exceed a certain threshold. As a matter of principle, one should never stretch the cable more than 3 times its normal length.
If used properly, the pipe fitting can afford to build muscles effectively. Because they are so versatile they can take with you wherever you go, and still use them safely.
