It is common for humans sweat during the summer and when the weather is hot. This is a natural process used by the body to cool. This problem occurs due to malfunction of the sympathetic nervous system, which continues to activate the sweat glands, even after a sufficient cooling has taken place.

1) First try to keep the body properly hydrated by drinking enough water at frequent intervals during the day. This will help the body’s natural cooling. Water also helps remove toxins that can otherwise accompany the sweat and produce odor.
2) Regular shower twice a day help clean and get rid of germs and bacteria that cause bad odor. You can use a mild antibacterial soap for best results.
3) Take wipes that may have an antiperspirant aluminum chloride or other chemicals, with the ability to block the sweat glands. Use the wipe to remove the sweat of various body parts. This is one of the easiest remedies, excessive sweating which produce excellent results in the short term.
If the problem is serious in nature, then you have to take a treatment that is specific to the type of excessive sweating that may be having. Treatment of facial sweating and excessive underarm sweating can be different. Some of the common resources are excessive sweating – surgery, botox injections, and iontophoresis. Some of these treatments provide permanent long-term relief, while others may give relief to medium term.
