With this being said it doesn’t mean that by eating these foods that you will lose weight… Creating a calorie deficit by eating less and excercise will cause you to lose weight. Simple as that!

yea. but not much. the main idea of it is that certain foods will burn rather than add. also just some extra tips you should eat oatmeal about an hour or 2 before a workout, itll give you extra energy to go longer. and to your how long you should exercise question, i do about half an hour to 45 minutes of cardio and another half hour of weights about 6 days a week. and i went from about 180 lbs. 3 months ago and i got about a 4 pack now so ya. if that was part of ur question. if not sorry.

My advice which worked for me was to stop eating foods that are really fatning, and keeping a sort of diet, and stop drinking soda. then i ran for about less than a month, 5 days a week and did a little bit of weights, and stomach exercises. oh and i ran about 2 to 3 miles a day. And in that time i lost about 10 pounds. soo that works.. it takes dedication and time.
I guess a high protein lowcarb diet and lotsa water, that worked for me…
