Ab Review Circle – the value AbCirclePro the $ 200 Price Tag

Ab Review Circle are rather mixed. Some say great things about this machine, while others hate it. It ’hard to tell the truth, so the question remains: is the AbCirclePro worth the $ 200 price tag?

What $ 200? One may ask, but this is the full cost of AbCircle. Sure, you can get a 30 day trial for only $ 14.95, but you need to add 5 more payments of $ 39.95 each to complete the purchase.

However, most will say that $ 200 is a small price to pay to have perfect abs, and I agree. Having a great looking stomach it is worth such an investment. You just need to be sure of what you’re getting for your money.

And this is what worries me, I’m afraid that people may expect too much of the Club Pro Ab. I have a feeling that many people have the idea that this is something of a miracle machine that can help eliminate belly fat and get flat abs like magic.

I’m afraid this is not the case. Ab no machine can help you get flat abs alone. Getting a flat stomach has more to do with the loss of fat from the belly to get stronger abdominal muscles. To burn belly fat you need much more than exercises stomach exercise you whole body and to follow a solid plan and lean diet. Otherwise, you will fail.

As Ab Circle Pro is simply a machine AB, which alone can not provide the kind of results that people can expect. And this brings me back to the original question: is the AbCirclePro worth $ 200?

Only you can answer this question for you. If you believe AbCircle and you get to workout more then the answer may be yes. If not, then it is certainly not. Just remember that this machine is the best part of the solution and not all.

Say I eat well (healthy) during the week M-F & on weekends allow the occassional splurge which is my norm. I get up at 5 generally to do a workout or jog. Would you see me benifiting from say a 30min-1hr stretch on this machine to get the results I want for my abs?? 5 days a week, hour a day…?? I’m thinking about getting one but have to research first. Thanks.
